Job Description

Title: Oracle Developer
Location: Albany, NY Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

Responsibilities:

Assist with new development of upcoming Statutory Project Implementation out of state coverage
Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems
Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes
Assist with the timely resolution of production issues
Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core
Assist with security scanning and remediate vulnerabilities.
Assist with the development of web applications that meet WCAG guidelines
Develop various policies related to API and mini services
Efforts related to integrate policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system.

MANDATORY SKILLS

60 months' experience with Workers Compensation Policy Processing, Risk Control , Premium Audit, Billing applications
84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle
84 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC
84 months experience in static scanning, Third party component Scan and vulnerability remediation
60 months' experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API
84 months experience developing web applications conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
60 months' experience in using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
84 months' experience with Innotas
