Assist with Monthly Financial Reconciliation processes.
Front desk receptionist at Fisheries & Aquatic Sciences; answer phone and serve as first point of contact for visitors, sign for deliveries and email recipients, collect and distribute mail, maintain copy/mailroom, assign keys.
Prepare PCard query and voucher PCards.
Other duties as assigned.
