Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (Typing) (OT), will act as the Receptionist for the Personnel Office (PO) at the California Health Care Facility (CHCF). CHCF serves a high volume of staff comprised of three (3) separate agencies. Ensures the security and confidentiality of the PO alpha listing, and ID card equipment. The OT will use good judgement and communicate effectively. This requires detailed and sensitive contact with employees and the general public. The OT performs a variety of the most difficult clerical duties is expected to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and originality performing assigned tasks for the PO.
