Qualifications

• REQUIRED

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent years of related work experience.
  • 4-6 year of experience in networking technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto and Meraki).
  • Proven knowledge in software and systems architecture, design and implementation.
  • Proven experience building high performance scalable processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven experience operating highly scalable and highly available processes.
  • Demonstrated ability owning and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• PREFERRED

• • Proven experience leading technical teams in the networking space.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrated passion for people leadership, management, and mentoring.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT project management tools.
  • Must have a strong desire and demonstrated ability to successfully lead people and manage resources.
