Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Mulesoft Platform Engineer to join our integration services platform team. In this role, you will lead a Mulesoft development team, manage enterprise-level integration projects and drive platform enhancements. As a key technical leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, scalable and high-performing integration solutions.
Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Mulesoft-based integration solutions, including APIs, connectors and microservices.
- Architect reusable components to standardize and enhance development efficiency.
- Mentor and guide third-party developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance and quality assurance.
- Oversee the entire integration development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring stability and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide advanced technical support during implementation and post-deployment.
- Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, solution architects and development teams to ensure clear integration requirements.
- Provide Mulesoft expertise and best practices to technical teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations align with business goals and technology trends.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with hands-on expertise in Mulesoft development
- 2+ years in a leadership or architect-level role within an integration or software development team
- Experience with cloud-based systems and hybrid architectures, including SaaS integrations
- Strong background in integrating enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and external APIs
- Extensive experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Management and Mule Runtime
- Strong proficiency in API-led connectivity, microservices architecture and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of SOAP, REST, JSON, XML and OAuth protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of complex integration challenges
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mulesoft-certified developer (Mule 4) or certified architect
- Expertise in integration patterns, such as ETL, real-time messaging, batch processing and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript and Groovy for integration development
- Experience with other integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices deployment
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automation within integration environments
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate with technical teams while fostering innovation.
Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position is $60-70 hourly.
