Lend-A-Loan Highlights: • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country • Top UWM partner • Average CTC of 11 days • Licensed in 29 states What you'll get: • Thousands of fresh leads daily • In-house processing • Custom-built CRM to manage and track clients • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401k • Referral Program • Great earning potential Responsibilities: • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred, but not required • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
