Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager , every day you will help people buy their dream home, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Clairmont Estates (206 spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home community in Oregon City, OR and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Must Live On-Site
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Must physically read meters at each space
Have a valid driver's license
Bonus Skills
Manage America experience
Manufactured housing knowledge
