FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an extra $1.00/hr for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing environment. Job functions are subject to change depending on business needs.
Essential Job Functions:

• Overcast glove cuffs; Inspect finished gloves for flaws
• Turn gloves and double gloves when needed
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Operate machinery for different operations when needed

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Other duties as assigned

Training: Necessary training will be provided
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided
Key Competencies: Dependability, Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Team Player
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and stack totes of gloves that may weigh 30-35 pounds; Standing for extended periods of time; Sitting for extended periods of time
Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
