Job Title: Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Berthoud, CO

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

A family-owned plastic injection molding company located in Berthoud, CO is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our growing team.

 Note: Candidates must be available to train on the 1st shift for a few days before transitioning to the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines following work instructions
• Monitor molding temperature, plastic volume, pressure, and cycle times
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts
• Trim gates, bag, and package plastic parts during production
• Clip parts as needed according to specifications

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience operating plastic injection molding machines is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to read and write English fluently
