Our entire team works remotely and we are only interested in candidates who have experience working remotely and have a dedicated home office that provides privacy and a distraction-free work environment. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process. From conducting legal research to drafting legal documents, your contributions will directly impact the success of our cases. With a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $72,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in the legal field. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions, and manage attorney calendars efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Paralegal certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Southern California courts and e-filing
