The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division is searching for a motivated, skilled, and challenge-seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem solving, and is interested in working with an exciting team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Under the direct supervision of the Key Data Supervisor I in the Information Management Section, the incumbent will be responsible for validating data, making the necessary corrections to ensure appropriate data is captured in the system(s), and verifying data that has been previously entered/imaged into the system(s). These functions are performed via electronic images, i.e., Key From Image, Optical Character Recognition, and Key From Paper. The incumbent participates in the testing process of new/current workloads/systems. The incumbent needs to be flexible and adaptable to frequent workload changes based on organizational workload priorities. The incumbent must also have strong organizational and communication abilities (written and verbal) to support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule under Government Code 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California.
