Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an exceptional Illinois School District that is looking to contract a full-time Occupational Therapist. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' functional, physical, and sensory-motor skills.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
  
• Provide therapy sessions to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living activities.
  
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client development and progress.
  
• Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Educate clients and families on strategies and adaptive tools to support functional independence in various environments.
  
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting and treatment planning.
  

Requirements

• Must hold an Illinois Occupational Therapy license.
  
• Onsite services are required, with occasional travel.
  
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
  
• Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Accredited University.
