Our team leads franchise development, planning, and activation to deliver against the global strategy for brands within Hasbro’s Fashion & Dolls portfolio. In this instrumental and high-profile activation role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across the Hasbro organization to plan, support and implement cohesive and impactful franchise initiatives across key categories and regions globally. This role supports the Sr. Manager GFSM across Hasbro’s brand, content, and commercial goals. What You'll Do: Assist in the development and execution of annual franchise plans and activations based on key franchise strategies, consumer insights and content strategies; focus on both near- and long-term activations to ensure successful multi-year engagement and growth for your brand(s). Develop in-depth content expertise; manage the planning and development for franchise content streams, including Streaming, Digital Content, Music and Audio, Social, and Apps/Gaming. Ensure all storytelling content fully delivers against franchise, product, and commercial strategies. Become a Brand Expert - ensuring brand identity, tone of voice and global brand positioning is adhered to across all franchise touchpoints. Coordinate the creation of brand assets in partnership with Brand Creative team, with a keen lens on regional needs and consumer / category insights. Pitch and partner global, cross-functional teams, both commercially and creatively, to align on and activate the global franchise strategy; regularly communicate with partners including Toys & Games, Marketing Communications, Content Sales, Digital Gaming, YouTube, Consumer Products, Location Based Entertainment, Promotions, Commercial Marketing, Legal and Finance, to identify new ways to grow the franchise in their categories/regions Lead brand tracking, industry, and consumer research initiatives with the global insights team to ensure the latest data and insights are in hand and helping to drive strategy and planning against your brands. What You’ll Bring: Currently pursuing an MBA focusing on Marketing, Data Analytics or Business focus with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025. Available to work full-time hours for 11 weeks in-person at our Los Angeles office location. Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. Previous franchise management experience (2-4 years) for a successful global consumer franchise (preferred). Excellent project management skills, highly proactive, able to balance priorities. Passion for understanding global market trends and the nuances of each territory. Data analysis: proficiency with synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information affecting brands; exposure to Circana a plus. Able to influence cross-functional teams and gain stakeholder alignment. First-rate presentation skills. Digitally savvy; excellent use of Excel, PowerPoint. Highly resourceful, tenacious and able to work autonomously. Results driven while maintaining a high level of creativity.
