Location: Dal-Tile Sunnyvale MFG Plant (Clay Rd) - In-Person Internship - May 19th - August 15th
- This internship will require you to attend on-site events at our Dallas Corporate Office
Dal-Tile is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals for our Summer Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in the tile manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
New Hire Orientation – Assist in conducting new hire orientations, ensuring employees are informed about company policies, benefits, and expectations.
Candidate Screening – Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the candidate selection process.
Overtime Reports Review – Review and track overtime reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide general HR support as needed, assisting with various administrative tasks related to employee relations, payroll, and benefits.
Assist with other HR projects to support manufacturing operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Currently a Junior or Senior in college
