Key Responsibilities:
Receive comprehensive training on a variety of products and services, enabling you to confidently assist members and contribute to both individual and team goals.

Provide outstanding service to members both in person and over the phone, assisting with insurance policies, membership inquiries, billing, passport photos, trip planning, and cashiering duties.
Support agents and team members with a range of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Help generate leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
Be available during branch hours: Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service or sales environment.
Possesses excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed sales and service goals.
Is comfortable working overtime, including Saturdays.
Has a reliable means of local travel when necessary.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Has strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Can adapt to change and work efficiently under deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Ability to qualify for a Property and Casualty License.
