**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Inbox Manager** to take ownership of our email communications. You will ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses across multiple inboxes while coordinating with internal teams to maintain a smooth information flow.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes daily
* Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and topic
* Flag or escalate messages to relevant team members as needed
* Maintain inbox cleanliness and implement organizational systems
* Draft or proofread email templates for consistency and clarity
* Generate weekly reports summarizing key communications or trends
**Requirements:**
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Proven experience in email management or virtual assistance
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Slack, and task/project platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana)
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
