Draft and negotiate franchise, development, and ancillary agreements domestically. Review and comment on all documents prepared by the franchise development team for transactions. Provide franchise compliance legal advice, including drafting default and termination notices, drafting and negotiating agreements, temporary licensing agreements and attending to other related enforcement matters. Provide legal advice in connection with franchise sales and ensuring compliance with franchise regulatory requirements, including franchise disclosure, relationship and other relevant laws.
