Hotel General Manager – Full Time
Columbus, GA – Local Candidates Preferred
Pay: $45,000–$55,000/year + Bonus
Schedule: Full-time, on call

Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Columbus, Georgia . You'll lead all departments, deliver top-notch guest service , and ensure smooth, profitable hotel management .

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage all aspects of hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
✅ Hire, train, and lead staff while ensuring HR compliance
✅ Maintain guest satisfaction standards, cleanliness, and safety
✅ Oversee budget management, daily deposits, and reporting
✅ Conduct staff meetings and employee evaluations
✅ Respond to guest issues and emergencies professionally
✅ Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or as a general manager
• 3 years in Marriott brand preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving & leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of hotel budgets and reporting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Local to Columbus, GA (or willing to relocate at own expense)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 35 lbs
