Hosts/Hostesses provide the first impression of Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Taproom and Grill. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Hosts/Hostesses are friendly and quick on their feet, and work to ensure a positive guest experience.
-Responsibilities
· Coordinating with servers to efficiently move guests through the dining process
· Providing resort information to customers or directing them to the person that can
· Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
· Estimating wait time for guests
-Requirements or Qualifications
· Friendly and outgoing personality
· Ability to listen and communicate effectively
· Strong organizational and motivational skills
· Four wheel drive/AWD/ or chains required
