We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing NYC sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to manage existing new Hospitality & Cruise clients, focusing on sourcing and closing deals with hotels, restaurants, spas, cruise lines and other establishments. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on our High End audio solutions.
This role is based on a high variable revenue structure which will be highly lucrative for any candidate that achieves their revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients: Research and identify target accounts within the hospitality and commercial sectors. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
Present and demonstrate products: Effectively present and demonstrate our range of high-fidelity audio solutions, including speakers, amplifiers, mounting solutions, etc.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals: Develop and present customized proposals that address the specific needs and budget requirements of each client.
Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability of the company.
Provide after-sales support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective after-sales support, including technical assistance, and ongoing relationship management.
Track sales performance and report on key metrics: Monitor sales activity, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports. Hit performance milestones and deliver tangible results.
Attend industry events and trade shows: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and generate leads.
Proven experience in B2B sales delivering high ROI on commercial activities and consistently achieving revenue objectives
Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry with experience working with procurement cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with luxury home builders and understanding the quote to build process
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient in Salesforce
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
Travel 20-30%
Preference to NYC based candidates willing to work in the office 4 days / week (Remote candidates with exceptional experience are welcome)
OTE: 120k for year 1 – Uncapped Bonus
