STAT Home Health in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking Home Health Aides (CNA)!

Essential duties include:

• Obtain and record vitals according to standard practice
• Assist with the following ADL’s during each visit: mobility, transferring, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating or toileting
• Complete clinical notes for all visits
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN

Qualifications:

• Current nursing assistant certification in the State of Louisiana required
• Current CPR Certification
• Previous home health experience preferred
• Compassionate and great time management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
