• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the gym is clean, functional, and customer-friendly
• Reaching monthly sales goals for the facility
• Hiring, training, and managing gym staff including personal trainers, fitness instructors, and front desk personnel
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
• Handling membership inquiries, registrations, and cancellations
• Managing the gym’s budget, ensuring that the business remains financially viable
• Conducting regular equipment inspections and arranging for repairs and replacement as necessary
• Organizing and promoting fitness classes and other special events
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
