Job Description: As a Franchise Business Coach, you will be a key partner to our franchise owners, providing guidance and coaching to help them grow their businesses, meet financial goals, and overcome operational challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term success of each franchise by offering tailored business advice, analyzing performance data, and sharing best practices.

Key Responsibilities: - Support Franchise Owners: Work one-on-one with franchisees to provide strategic advice on operations, financial management, and business growth.
- Analyze Business Performance: Review and interpret key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and create action plans.
- Provide Training: Lead ongoing training sessions for franchisees, covering topics such as sales, marketing, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Set and Track Goals: Help franchisees set achievable business goals, and develop roadmaps to reach them.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges franchisees face and offer solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Share Best Practices: Identify and share successful strategies and systems across the franchise network.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure franchise owners have the tools and support needed for success.
- Ongoing Communication: Regularly check in with franchisees to monitor progress, provide encouragement, and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing multi-location businesses (franchise experience required)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business operations, and sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM and business management software (experience with Franconnect, ServiceMinder, or Monday.com a plus)
This is a remote position.
