**Job Summary:**
As a Fitness Trainer at Planet Fitness, you will be responsible for designing and instructing fitness programs for clients of varying fitness levels. You will motivate and guide clients through their fitness journeys, helping them achieve personal goals, improve their fitness levels, and enhance their overall well-being. Your expertise will not only shape their workouts but also inspire a positive and sustainable attitude toward health and fitness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct initial assessments for new clients, understanding their fitness level, goals, and any medical history or limitations.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and objectives.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper exercise techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor client progress, offering feedback and adjustments to programs as necessary to optimize results.
- Educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and overall health to promote a balanced lifestyle.
- Create a positive and motivating training environment that encourages clients to push their limits.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to ensure best practices in training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training area and equipment.
- Participate in marketing activities to promote training services and enhance client engagement.

**Qualifications:**

- Certified Fitness Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor, with a track record of client success stories.
- Strong understanding of exercise techniques, anatomy, and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary principles preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
