For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Operations Specialist to join our commercial banking team. This role is responsible for accurately booking and boarding commercial loans into the FISERV Navigator Premier core system, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan documentation standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial loan products and strong experience with system data entry, quality control, and exception management. Essential Duties: - Book and board commercial loan transactions into the FISERV Navigator Premier system, including new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions. - Validate the accuracy of loan terms, collateral, pricing, and documentation before system entry. - Collaborate with loan officers, credit, and documentation teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure completeness. - Monitor onboarding pipelines and meet service level agreements for timely and accurate loan onboarding. - Perform quality control reviews and post-booking audits to confirm data integrity and compliance. - Maintain detailed records of all transactions and updates following bank policies and regulatory guidelines. - Identify system issues, recommend improvements, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades or enhancements. - Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and providing timely responses to information requests. - Assist with special projects related to commercial loan operations, including process documentation and procedural updates. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in commercial loan operations, loan servicing, or loan documentation. - Direct experience booking and boarding commercial loans using FISERV Navigator Premier is required. - Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, collateral types, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: - High attention to detail with excellent organizational and data entry skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with imaging and workflow tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
