AMP Smart Solar is looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives who are eager to spread the word about the amazing benefits of solar energy. This role is all about making connections, having great conversations, and helping homeowners make smart, eco-friendly choices!

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll get to step out into your community, engage with homeowners, and show them how going solar can save them money and power their lives sustainably. Your warm personality will shine through as you build relationships and guide potential customers on their solar journey!

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Running friendly door-to-door visits to introduce homeowners to AMP Smart Solar.
• Sharing informative and engaging presentations about the benefits of solar energy.
• Building trust and rapport with potential clients so they feel comfortable making a decision.
• Collaborating with our awesome sales team to boost outreach efforts and share tips for success.

Requirements

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

• Have a warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Are genuinely excited about renewable energy and helping families go green.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we love to train passionate individuals who are eager to learn!
• Possess a self-motivated attitude with a desire to meet and surpass your goals.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Are flexible with their working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed to connect with customers.
