Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Operations Support
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing high-priority tasks and follow-ups.
Oversee executive scheduling, meetings, and workflow efficiency.
Implement and refine processes, automation tools, and project tracking systems (such as Asana, AI tools, and dashboards).
Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring alignment and prioritization of key initiatives.
Information & Decision Support
Conduct research, data synthesis, and due diligence to support decision-making.
Maintain real-time dashboards to track critical metrics and KPIs.
Take structured meeting notes and translate them into actionable next steps.
Organize and optimize internal documentation and knowledge management.
Internal & External Coordination
Act as a liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
Support hiring processes, candidate vetting, and onboarding.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee key operational projects.
Ensure seamless cross-functional communication and follow-through.
