GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is seeking a dynamic Senior Epicor Financials Consultant with expertise in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated Epicor Consultant with a strong customer service focus. This role involves assessing business challenges across various industries, implementing effective solutions, and providing expert guidance through the ERP implementation process.

Travel Requirement: 30-40% travel to client locations depending on project needs

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep understanding of Epicor FP&A implementations, user training, troubleshooting
• Experience with financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, and FA within an ERP system
• Proficiency in multi-company and multi-site and multi-currency
• Knowledge of financial processes like tax management (e.g., Avalara), payroll, and ACH configuration
• Experience producing financial reports, performing month-end and year-end close processes, and understanding cash management and budgeting
• Familiarity with costing methods (Standard, Average, FIFO) and engineering processes across different verticals
• Project Management, capable of managing multiple projects at a time, 5+ at a time.
• Expertise in using tools like Spreadsheet Server, XL Connect, Epicor Financial Planning and Analysis, or Epicor Data Analytics (EDA)
• Experience with Epicor's Revenue Recognition Workbench
• Experience with Posting Rules and Trial Balance

Optional Skills:

• Experience with SOX and/or ISO standards
• Knowledge of customizing posting rules within ERP systems
• Additional experience in operations
• Knowledge of ITAR, DOD or Aerospace industries and regulations
• Project management experience leading implementations or rollouts
