Job Description

Position : Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Location : Remote

Duration : 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state workflows for ambulatory care settings.
• Configure and maintain Epic Ambulatory modules including SmartSets, SmartTools, Navigators, Flowsheets, and Order Transmittals
• Manage break/fix tickets, enhancement requests, and new build activities
• Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, including testing, validation, and go-live support
• Collaborate with trainers to develop and deliver end-user education and personalization support
• Lead small to medium-sized projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot issues during off-hours as needed
• Maintain documentation for build activities and system configurations to support cross-coverage and continuity

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• Epic Ambulatory certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or 1 year supporting technology systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional Epic modules such as ASAP, MyChart, Beacon, or Care Everywhere
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience in Epic go-live support and optimization projects
