ABOUT THE ROLE

Must have excellent organization andplanning skills, and anunderstanding of the utilization of technology in thebusiness processes for the Electronic Health Records(EHR) program. The ideal candidate will have experience in a recognized Electronic Health Record System .



DAY TO DAY



Identify and quantify IT risk factors forEHR application security and related infrastructure.Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permission, PC refresh and software installations, inventory andsoftware management utilizing Asset Panda, manageuser accounts, receive and transfer inventory to maintainaccurate records. The ability to communicate effectivelyboth in oral and written forms is essential. Workingknowledge and experience with Keystone Edge,Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remotetools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access,and inventory operations. Create, change, and deleteuser accounts per request. Provide Tier III/othersupport per request from various constituencies.Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Diagnose andrecover from hardware or software failures. Coordinateand communicate with impacted constituencies. ApplyOS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, andupgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/addnew services as necessary. Upgrade and configuresystem software that supports GIS infrastructureapplications or Asset Management applications perproject or operational needs. Maintain operational,configuration, or other procedures. Perform periodicperformance reporting to support capacity planning.Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardwareupgrades, and resource optimization as required. Required/Desired Skills
