GF Hotels & Resorts has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dual Property General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Westlake and Townplace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Westlake. Our busy hotel requires a creative thinker who can introduce new ideas to increase revenue and establish customer relationships to encourage repeat business. You will not only lead our team, but you will also need to provide the best service to our guests. Day-to-day duties will involve hiring new employees, training them, managing all hotel departments, and guaranteeing outstanding guest satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team and is dedicated to providing our customers with a 5-star experience. • Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
• Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
• Guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them
• Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
• Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds

Qualifications:

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
• A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
• Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
• Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Marriott experience required
• Multi-unit GM ideal
