Document Control Specialist | Rancho Bernardo, CA – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Document Control Specialist for our client in Rancho Bernardo, CA . This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity to work with a leading medical device company known for innovation and quality.

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA

Pay: $26.00/hour

Shifts Available: Day Shift – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Lead document control activities and maintain quality system records
• Scan, file, and categorize documents per records management procedures
• Maintain master document copies and original production records
• Support internal audits and coordinate document revisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve document discrepancies
• Assist in updating procedures and work instructions
• Use document management systems to track and process changes

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant document control experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office applications
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced setting
• High level of integrity and professionalism
