Job Description:

Copywriter to join our dynamic Digital Experience Design Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing user experience and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including UPS.com, mobile apps, and more.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content strategists, marketers, and product managers to create content that aligns with the overall digital strategy and enhances the user experience.
• Optimize copy for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Support personalized digital content experiences and full-journey messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a digital or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital copywriting projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in content strategy, with an understanding of business and channel objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics.
• Experience and knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, or similar).
• Experience working with DX, UX, UI, Product Design, Research, and DevOps teams.
• Hybrid role- The position is based in Atlanta and will require commuting to office 4 days a week and 1 remote

Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position.  Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
