Job Description

Kip Modern Dental is a family dental practice located in Littleton, CO that is seeking an EDDA-Dental Assistant to join our team full time . This is a Monday-Thursday position which gives you long weekends and a sustainable work-life balance. Our team works hard for our patients and considers them family. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (arrive 7:45am)
Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
Assisting Dentist chairside throughout procedures by providing the best clinical and non-clinical experience to each patient
Reviewing patient health history
Daily set up and organization of instruments needed for procedures throughout the day
Capturing diagnostic X-Rays
Taking impressions (traditional and digital)
Making temporary crowns
Organization and sterilization of the operatories
Assisting with lab tasks and procedures
Sterilization of all dental and medical instruments
Using Denticon to update patient records
Scheduling patient appointments
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a DA
EDDA experience
Xray and EDDA Certification
CPR/BLS Certification
Strong patient service skills
Knowledge Denticon software is preferred but not required
Attention to detail
Ability to be coached and given direction, and work well in a team environment
