  • Personalized Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments using AI insights to develop, write, and update tailored care plans.

  • Patient & Family Support: Educate caregivers on dementia progression, care strategies, and available resources. Address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges with empathy.

  • Medication and Health Monitoring: Support medication adherence, monitor health changes, and ensure timely updates to healthcare providers to enhance safety and well-being.

  • Resource Navigation: Connect families with financial, legal, and social support systems to aid long-term planning.

  • AI Integration: Collaborate with Cary’s AI tools to enhance care delivery, streamline processes, and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience with psychological/neuropsychological testing.
