Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry & Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the account management team by ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and maintaining high-quality records for multiple clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to verify and clarify information as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain data for multiple clients, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
Run and generate reports as required, adhering to established reporting formats and ensuring data integrity.
Provide timely and accurate information to support the account management team and client accounts.
Communicate with franchisees or corporate contacts to verify details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
Conduct regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
Identify data inconsistencies and take corrective actions to improve data quality.
Provide general administrative support to the account management team as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ years of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation:
Expected base salary range: $24.10 - $31.25 per hour or $50,000 - $65,000 annualized salary (based on experience).
Total compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Additional Information:
Remote position (must reside in the U.S., preferably East Coast).
