Our Client Development team serves as trusted advisors and partners to our clients. Our technology acts as a cloud-based bridge between the fragmented property distribution system and multinational Global 2000 companies. Our proprietary two-way API integration streamlines the sourcing process, reducing the traditional 48-to-72-hour bidding timeline to just a few minutes, saving our clients valuable time and resources.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in managing high-volume housing requests. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at delivering timely, effective solutions to complex client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming accommodation requests and present personalized housing options to corporate clients and relocation management partners using our proprietary enterprise software.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding housing options and provide thoughtful recommendations promptly.
- Build strong relationships with consultants from relocation management companies.
- Support reporting on conversion figures and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain positive engagement with hospitality partners (hotels, serviced apartments) and participate in supplier meetings or training as needed.
- Conduct property inspections to gain a deeper understanding of property quality when required (US Region).
- Identify market gaps and collaborate with the Hospitality Growth team to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Familiarize yourself with our proprietary technology and contribute to product development for hospitality operators in the region.
- Actively engage with the community, supporting hospitality operators and supply technology software through training sessions, content creation, events, and in-person visits.
- Assist in optimizing our Customer Success technology.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willingness to participate in occasional weekend on-call rotations.
- Based in the US.
