Remote Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a remote opportunity in customer service? We are seeking energetic and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in facilitating communication by connecting clients with professional interpreters. This is a no-sales, business-to-business customer service position where your focus will be on providing top-notch support.
What You'll Do:
Warmly greet clients and gather necessary information for billing.
Assist with third-party call connections when needed.
Secure and connect interpreters to client calls.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, active listening, and creating a seamless experience for customers. Unlike traditional call center roles, there's no upselling or difficult customer disputes—just meaningful interactions and support.

Who We're Looking For:
At least one year of customer service experience with a stable work history.
High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years old).
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
Preferred (but not required):
Some college education.
1+ years of call center experience.

Shift Availability (Central Standard Time):
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
Friday - Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
Additional Information:
Candidates must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
If hired, you will need to complete the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement I-9 document via a remote process.
Full-time employees become eligible for benefits after 30 days.
A 90-day probationary period applies to all new hires.
