Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Night Shift

Location: Philadelphia PA

Shift: Nights 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Schedule: FullTime 40 hours per week Every Other Weekend and Holidays Required

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role you will provide essential patient care supporting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) assisting with monitoring vital signs and performing other clinical tasks as assigned. As a CNA you will play a vital role in delivering quality care ensuring the comfort safety and wellbeing of our patients during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing grooming dressing and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
• Perform glucose monitoring (glucometer checks) as required.
• Assist with repositioning patients and ensuring proper patient mobility.
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort ensuring a clean environment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to deliver patient care.
• Document patient observations and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Required).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
• Compassionate patientcentered approach to care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a healthcare team.
