We’re looking for energetic, caring individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our Before and After School Program (Grades K–6) in the Hillsborough School District. Whether you're beginning your career in education or looking for meaningful part-time work, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of children.

This Is a Perfect Position For

College students in education, social work, or child psychology

School aides and paraprofessionals

Recent retirees or empty nesters

Job Description

• Leading fun, age-appropriate enrichment activities with enthusiasm and creativity
• Using positive behavior strategies to support children’s growth and cooperation
• Providing homework assistance and create a caring, respectful environment
• Ensuring the space is safe, organized, and welcoming

Hours

• Position is part-time, Monday to Friday.
• Hours range between 1:45pm to 6:00pm depending on the program location.
