Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a motivated and communicative Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our clients and helping to address their inquiries and concerns. Your primary role will involve taking incoming calls, responding to customer questions, and solving problems related to our products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document calls and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Promote and upsell company products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM applications.
