Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiting Coordinator

Duties include: 

• Welcome job seekers and assist candidates through our application process 
• Administer pre-employment evaluations 
• Conduct reference checks and ensure that all pre-employment screenings and new hire documentation is completed 
• Perform administrative and front office duties 
• Answer and direct incoming calls 
• Create and maintain job postings on various online venues 
• Other administrative duties as directed by the team 

Qualifications include: 

• Strong customer service skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent English/Spanish reading, writing, and speaking skills 
• Ability to easily navigate systems and software applications 
• Reliable, dependable, and organized 
• Some college coursework preferred 

Other: 

• General work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday, with some flexibility 
• This is an in-office position located in West Madison 
• Pay range is $21-24 per hour, depending on experience 
• Full benefit package upon hire
