Role: BI Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Hybrid in Dallas, TX

• Bi side they have a BI resource but not strong in PowerBi which is their tool of choice
• 4 6 years experience
• Work in an Agile framework
• Taking different user stories and executing in 2 week spring cycles
• Set up financial reporting with better drill down capabilities.
• Dashboard work.
• Build out capabilities in Power BI service wasn t using it bc their BI has been more desktop tool.
• Have a data team that staged the data, this person will be 2/3 of the time oriented on creating executive level dashboards, more front end focused work.
• Current person is not creating clean looking dashboard.
• Alcority s customer are all affiliates. Private equity style of different
• High quality visuals and delivery a service. They should be operating as a center of excellence
• Gap sometimes they overengineer things. Datawarehouse layer, could have simple etl queries.
• This person would own smaller end to end
• Know what Power BI is capable of. Can look at their environment and suggest how else they can be doing things.
• data smart.
• data Stage in snowflake. Connections
• Snowflake held with an azure, synapse
• Using Domo and tableau. Won t have to use tableau. Some familiarity would be helpful
• Needs to have good communication skills. Articulate clearly and concise
