Location: Westbrook Toyota, Westbrook, CT Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity: Westbrook Toyota is offering a rare opportunity for a seasoned Parts Manager to join our team in Westbrook, CT. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our parts department and ensure its continued growth and success. If you have a passion for automotive parts management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, hiring, training, and wholesale operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and sales departments to develop and maintain positive relationships, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with OEM representatives to understand and comply with Toyota standards, procedures, and warranty requirements.
  • Ensure the department meets or exceeds established profitability goals.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other department managers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership, preferably with Toyota or other foreign OEM brands.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, parts sourcing, and wholesale operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and train a team of parts personnel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with service and sales departments to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Toyota standards and warranty compliance is a plus.
