**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic**
**PAY RATES:**
- 1 -3 Years of Experience: $32-33 (Local)
- 3 - 5 Years of Experience: $35-38 (Local) // $37-40 (Per Diem)
- 5+ Years of Experience: $38-40 (Local) // $40-45 (Per Diem)
- $120 per day of per diem
- Will only be paid $100 for training days if needed (max 2)
**Job Description**
+ Research technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components.
+ Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
+ Read and interpret manufacturers' and airlines' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
+ Complete appropriate identification, inspections, routing tags, and forms, and make appropriate entries into the Component Removal Log upon removing units from an aircraft, engine, or other major component or subassembly.
+ Disassemble and inspect aircraft and engine parts for wear or other defects.
+ Repair or replace defective engine parts and reassemble and install the engine in the aircraft.
+ Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories.
+ Perform miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including cleaning, servicing, greasing, moving parts, and checking brakes.
**Pay**
+ $32/hr-$45/hr
**Shift**
+ 1st shift M-F 6am to 2:30pm
+ 2nd shift M-F 2:30pm to 10:30pm
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A&P license preferred.
+ Basic set of tools required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
