Our team is built on a culture of openness, where all ideas are welcomed and respected. If you're an experienced Business Analyst with an Agile mindset, we would love to have you join us!

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be using agile methods to analyze, define, and document business requirements, ensuring the delivery of valuable software applications that meet stakeholder needs. You will work closely with both internal teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, decompose large epics into manageable stories, and ensure seamless product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Owner Support: Assist the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and user acceptance testing.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusting relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about learning, open to new ideas, and excited to contribute to both new and existing projects. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team, demonstrating organization and inspiration in their approach.

Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and product backlog grooming.
- 2+ years of experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of the Scrum process and the role of a Product Owner.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira.
- Scrum certification (e.g., CSM or CSPO) is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Location & Other Requirements
- The position is remote, but occasional visits to the office may be required. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Tampa.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship).

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and benefits, including unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), 10 paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, employee ownership, 401(k), and paid training certifications.
- Opportunities for career growth and a supportive work environment.
- A focus on work-life balance and fostering a culture where everyone can have fun while delivering quality results.
