About the Role

We're looking for exceptional Agentic Engineers who don't just implement AI solutions—they architect intelligent systems that transform industries. At Supio, you won't be another engineer on a team; you'll be a technical co-founder of your product line, building AI-native systems that solve complex real-world problems in the legal and medical industry.

What You'll Build

Master Niche Business Work -Rapidly absorb complex domain knowledge in legal and medical field, translating intricate business processes into intelligent automation that domain experts actually trust

Design Autonomous AI Systems – Create intelligent agents that reason, plan, and execute complex multi-step workflows without human intervention

Transform Unstructured Data – Build systems that process millions of medical records, insurance documents, and other complex unstructured data at scale

Develop Custom AI Solutions – Fine-tune and deploy language models for specialized tasks including intelligent data extraction, entity linking, and predictive analytics

Architect End-to-End Products – Own the full stack from model training and tool orchestration to production deployment and scaling

Pioneer New AI Capabilities – Push the boundaries of what's possible with agentic systems, creating novel behaviors that deliver measurable business impact

Who You Are

Technical Excellence:  

• Deep expertise in LLMs, agent architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies 


• Proven track record of building and deploying production AI systems 


• Strong intuition for integrating AI models into robust, scalable products


• Experience with document processing pipelines and unstructured data challenges
