Account Payable Coordinator We are immediately hiring an Account Payable Coordinator in our North Little Rock, AR location.  If your background includes supporting the accounts payable process, month end functions or related experience and excellent customer service skills, please apply! 

Responsibilities  

• Obtain proper approval for invoices.
• Enter coded invoices and match purchase order invoices timely and accurately.
• Match and close Shop and Over the Road Maintenance related invoices through the maintenance software.

Duties

• Scan documents in a timely manner ensuring the image is clear and the original documents are destroyed.
• Maintain integrity of the imaging system by scanning and indexing documents properly in the proper system with meaningful index fields.
• Verify timely posting of invoice batches received from within AP and other departments, (Fuel, Garnishments, Out of pocket expenses, etc.).
