Job Title: Account Manager/Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote (Latin America - preferably Mexico or Colombia)

Salary: $1,500 - $1,800 per month (mid-level talent, 4-7 years experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to handle client communication and project management for Amazon launch services. This role supports a growing client base, ensuring smooth operational processes and client satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients regarding their Amazon launches, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide high-touch customer support, answering inquiries and addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
• Oversee client onboarding and guide them through the various stages of Amazon launch and management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering consistent communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support project management tasks, including timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, to ensure the project is on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in account management or customer success, specifically within the Amazon seller ecosystem.

Location:

• Must be based in Latin America, preferably Mexico or Colombia.

Availability:

• Ability to work flexible hours beyond the typical 9-5, if necessary.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon selling ecosystem.
• Ability to provide high-level customer support, with quick response times to client inquiries.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Slack or other communication tools for client interaction.
