Sideral operates in the market with timed cargo. By its means, most of the time, for having as a client the Post Office, delays are severely punished. The contracts stipulate a discount after a ten minutes delay and each fraction of time is attached to a percentage that defines the so called Service Level. If this level gets under 90%, the contractor may even rescind the contract. However, after some time in the market, this does not afflict us due to the expertise achieved during the last few years.
